康惠尔透明贴联合湿热敷在经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管置管患者中的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔透明贴联合湿热敷在经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者中的干预效果。方法选择2017年11月至2018年11月我院收治的80例PICC置管患者作为研究样本,依据患者入院时间将其分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组单纯给予康惠尔透明贴干预,观察组采取康惠尔透明贴结合湿热敷进行干预。在置管后7 d,对两组患者的干预效果进行评价。结果观察组患者静脉炎发生率为7.50%、置管部位感染发生率为10.00%、其他并发症的发生率为5.00%,对照组患者静脉炎发生率为17.50%,置管部位感染发生率为20.00%、其他并发症的发生率为12.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PICC置管患者中应用康惠尔透明贴结合湿热敷进行干预的效果显著,对预防静脉炎、置管部位感染及其他并发症的发生具有一定的临床价值。Objective To study the nursing intervention effect of comwell transparent patch combined with hot and humid compress in order to prevent complications of PICC patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with PICC catheterization were selected as the study sample.The sample time was from November 2017 to November 2018.According to the admission time of patients,they were randomly divided into observation group and reference group,40 cases in each group.The control group was only given the intervention of cornwall transparent patch,while the research group was given the intervention of cornwall transparent patch combined with hot and humid compress.The intervention effect of patients was evaluated 7 days after catheterization.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 7.50%,the incidence of catheter site infection was 10.00%,and the incidence of other complications was 5.00%,the incidence of phlebitis in the control group was 17.50%,and the incidence rate of catheter site infection was 20.00%,the incidence of other complications was 12.50%,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comwell transparent patch combined with hot and humid compress in PICC catheterization patients has a significant effect,which has a certain clinical value in preventing phlebitis,catheterization site infection and other complications.
