尼可地尔对缺血性心肌病房性心律失常患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析缺血性心肌病房性心律失常患者采用尼可地尔进行治疗的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2018年12月本院收治的76例缺血性心肌病房性心律失常患者,将其分为对照组和试验组,每组38例。对照组仅给予常规治疗,试验组采用常规联合尼可地尔治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的81.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的二尖瓣舒张早期最大速/心房收缩期的最大速度(E/A)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)以及左室短轴缩短率(left ventricular fraction shortening,LVFS)水平依次为(1.46±0.32)、(51.36±9.41)%和(37.45±6.83)%,明显高于对照组的(1.13±0.27)、(44.25±6.05)%和(28.72±6.33)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的总满意度评分为(97.62±1.58)分,高于对照组的(84.75±3.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性心肌病房性心律失常患者在接受常规治疗的同时给予尼可地尔治疗的效果显著。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of nicorandil on patients with ischemic cardiac arrhythmias.Methods A total of 76 patients with atrial arrhythmia in ischemic cardiomyopathy were divided into control group and experimental group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment only,while the experimental group was treated with routine combined with nicorandil.The treatment effects of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.37%,which was statistically significant compared with 81.58%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of EA,LNEF and LVFS in patients with ischemic cardiac arrhythmia in the experimental group were(1.46±0.32),(51.36±9.41)%and(37.45±6.83)%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(1.13±0.27),(44.25±6.05)%and(28.72±6.33)%,respectively(P<0.05).The total patient satisfaction score after the treatment of the experimental group was(97.62±1.58)points,which was higher than the(84.75±3.42)points of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with atrial arrhythmia in ischemic cardiomyopathy receive routine treatment and nicorandil treatment at the same time can double the curative effect.
