摘　　要：目的选取1例主动脉夹层手术病例,探讨手术基本配合技巧,以提高手术室器械护士的配合质量。方法选取1例Stanford A 3型患者,在深低温停循环技术下行Bentall手术+主动脉弓部替换+远端象鼻术,进行手术配合。评估手术配合技巧。结果对于心脏手术,需由训练有素的专科护士长期配合,以提高手术配合的精准性和流畅度,提高手术安全性,缩短手术时间,提升医师和患者满意度。结论快速准确的手术准备和精确的手术配合是主动脉夹层手术成功的关键。Objective A case of aortic dissection was selected to discuss the basic skills of operation cooperation,so as to improve the quality of cooperation of surgical instrument nurses.Methods A patient with Stanford A 3 type which undergo Bentall operation,aortic arch replacement and distal elephant nose operation under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest was selected.To assess surgical cooperation skills.Results For cardiac surgery,well-trained specialist nurses are essential factor which can improve the accuracy and fluency of operation,improve the safety of operation,shorten the operation time and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.Conclusion Rapid and accurate surgical preparation and precise surgical cooperation are the key component of a successful aortic dissection surgery.
