摘  要:目的探讨经腹部超声心动图在孕早期胎儿先天性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年2月至2018年1月我院收治的高危孕妇98例,均在孕早期行经腹部超声心动图诊断,分析胎儿先天性心脏病发生情况。结果98例高危孕妇中,常规切面诊断:93例者为四腔心切面(94.90%);89例者为左心室流出道切面(90.82%);右心室流出道切面检出86例,占比87.76%;三血管气管切面检出86例,占比87.76%;主动脉弓切面检出85例,占比86.73%。98例高危产妇产后出现先天性心脏病患儿共5例,占比5.10%。经腹部超声心动图诊断检出率与产后确诊相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论经腹部超声心动图可用于诊断孕早期的胎儿先天性心脏病,具有较高的检出率,且诊断效果十分显著。Objective To investigate the value of transabdominal echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease in early pregnancy.Methods Ninety-eight cases of high-risk pregnant women in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2018 were selected for this study.They were diagnosed by transabdominal echocardiography in early pregnancy,and the incidence of fetal congenital heart disease was analyzed.Results Among 98 high-risk pregnant women,the routine diagnosis:93 cases were four-chamber heart view(94.90%);89 cases were left ventricular outflow tract view(90.82%);86 cases(87.76%)were detected in right ventricular outflow tract section;86 cases(87.76%)were detected in three vessel trachea section;85 cases(86.73%)were detected in aortic arch section.There were 5 cases of congenital heart disease in 98 high-risk women,accounting for 5.10%.The detection rate of transabdominal echocardiography was no significantly different from that of postpartum diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal echocardiography can be used in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease in early pregnancy,with high detection rate,and the diagnostic effect is very significant.
