抗结核分枝杆菌常用药利福平对生化检验测定结果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析抗结核分枝杆菌常用药利福平对生化检验测定结果的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月至2018年1月收治的37例肺结核患者,在治疗开始首日未用药时抽取4 mL空腹静脉血,在治疗第7日首次用药前及用药2 h后分别抽取空腹静脉血4 mL,均进行生化检验,分析未用利福平、利福平药物高浓度及低浓度对生化检验结果的影响。结果在治疗第7日清晨用药前、治疗第7日清晨用药2 h后TC、TG、LD、TBIL、DBIL、UA、Cr、CK水平与治疗首日未用药时比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第7日清晨用药前的TG、TC、LD、TBIL、DBIL、UA、Cr、CK水平与治疗首日未用药时比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗结核分枝杆菌常用药利福平对多项生化检验指标结果存在确切的影响,且存在一定规律,临床需特别注意。Objective To analyze the effect of rifampicin,a commonly used drug against mycobacterium tuberculosis,on the results of commonly used biochemical test items.Methods A total of 37 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled.On the first day of treatment,4 mL of fasting venous blood was drawn when there was no medication,and 4 mL of fasting venous blood was drawn before the first medication and 2 hours after medication on the 7 th day of treatment,and biochemical tests were performed to analyze the effects of high and low concentrations of rifampicin and rifampicin on biochemical test results.Results The levels of TC,TG,LD,TBIL,DBIL,UA,Cr,CK were compared with those on the first day of treatment on the 7 th day before treatment and on the 7 th day after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TG,TC,LD,TBIL,DBIL,UA,Cr,CK before treatment on the 7 th day of treatment were significantly different from those on the first day of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Rifampicin,a commonly used antituberculosis drug,has a definite effect on the results of several biochemical tests,and there are certain rules,which should be paid special attention to.
