低分子肝素钙联合肾炎康复片对原发性肾病综合征患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的观察低分子肝素钙联合肾炎康复片对原发性肾病综合征患者的临床效果。方法选择入院接受治疗的78例原发性肾病综合征患者为研究对象,时间为2017年3月至2019年3月,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例。对照组采用低分子肝素钙进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用肾炎康复片进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、白蛋白水平对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、三酰甘油、总胆固醇以及白蛋白水平相较于对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论低分子肝素钙联合肾炎康复片对原发性肾病综合征患者的临床治疗效果显著,可积极改善患者的肾功能,且不引起不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium and shenyankangfu tablets on primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 78 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to hospital for treatment from March 2017 to March 2019,they were divided into two groups according to digital table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium,while the observation group was treated with shenyankangfu tablets on the basis of control group,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the 24 hour urine protein quantification,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,and albumin levels of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group’s 24 hour urine protein quantification,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,and albumin levels were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets has a significant clinical treatment effect for patients with primary nephrotic syndrome,and can actively improve the patient’s renal function without causing adverse reactions.
