循证护理在吻合器痔上黏膜环切术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评价循证护理在吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年8月至2019年10月在沈阳市肛肠医院接受PPH治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患者接受常规护理措施,观察组患者采用循证护理措施,对比两组的疼痛程度[视觉模拟量表(VAS)]、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者的VAS评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在PPH患者中的应用效果显著,可显著改善患者的疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生,并提高护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patients undergoing circumcision of prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods A total of 80 patients who received PPH in Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the research objects were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the observation group used EBN.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the VAS score,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has a significant effect in the application of PPH patients,which can significantly improve the pain of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
