人文关怀护理在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的了解人文关怀护理在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的100例恢复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,时间为2017年5月至2018年10月,随机进行分组,每组50例。常规组患者实施常规日常管理和用药管理,观察组在常规护理基础上开展人文关怀护理。比较两组的满意度,出院时的BPRS评分、日常生活能力,护理前后的心理状态[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale,HAMA)]以及治疗依从性。结果观察组满意度高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组出院时的BPRS评分、日常生活能力评分均优于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组HAMD、HAMA评分低于常规组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗依从性高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对恢复期精神分裂症患者实施人文关怀护理的效果确切,可提高患者的治疗依从性,减轻患者的不良情绪,改善患者的症状和日常生活能力,提高患者的满意度。Objective To understand the application effect of humanistic care nursing in convalescent schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 100 convalescent patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into groups,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group implemented routine daily management and medication management,and patients in the observation group carried out humanistic care based on routine care.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups,the BPRS score at discharge,the ability of daily living,the mental state before and after nursing[Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)]and treatment compliance.Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the BPRS score and the daily living ability score of the observation group at discharge were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);after nursing,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanistic care in patients with schizophrenia during recovery is clear,which can improve the patient’s treatment compliance,reduce the patient’s negative emotions,improve the patient’s symptoms and daily living ability,and improve patient satisfaction.
