综合性护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者心理状态及下肢静脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的分析综合性护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者心理状态和下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月于我院治疗的200例宫颈癌手术患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,观察组实施综合性护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(3.00%vs.14.00%)(P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将综合性护理干预措施应用在宫颈癌手术患者中能够降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,改善其不良心理。Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing methods on patients’psychological status and the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis after cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 200 cases of cervical cancer surgery patients who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing,and the control group was treated with routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(3.00%vs.14.00%)(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group improved better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing care in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities and improve the negative psychology.
