摘　　要：目的探讨手术室体位护理对预防压疮的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市大连大学附属新华医院就诊的80例进行手术治疗的患者,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组患者在传统护理的基础上加用手术室体位护理,对照组患者仅提供传统护理干预。对比两组患者的压疮发生情况。结果试验组患者护理后的压疮发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室体位护理有助于降低手术治疗患者形成压疮的风险,提高手术治疗安全性。Objective To explore the clinical significance of postural nursing in operating room in preventing pressure ulcers.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group of 40 patients in the traditional nursing on the basis of the use of operating room posture nursing;the control group of 40 patients provided traditional nursing treatment.The occurrence of pressure ulcers in the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the incidence of pressure ulcers in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the degree of satisfaction was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Postural nursing in the operating room can reduce the risk of pressure ulcers in patients with brain tumors for a long time,and improve the operation effect and treatment safety.
