摘　　要：通过矿山采矿工作能够获取许多有助于国家发展的资源,但矿山采矿工程的危险性非常高,因此企业必须要加强对采矿工程的安全管理,确保采矿工作中矿井内工作人员的安全。现如今,许多采矿团队在安全管理工作方面都存在许多缺陷,导致安全管理工作很难取得显著效果,无法为工程安全以及工作人员的安全提供保障,存在可能引发矿井通风安全事故的因素。Many resources which are helpful to the development of our country can be obtained through mining work,but the danger of mining engineering is very high,so enterprises must strengthen the safety management of mining engineering to ensure the safety of mine workers in mining work.Nowadays,many mining teams have many defects in safety management,which makes it difficult to achieve remarkable results in safety management,and can’t provide guarantee for engineering safety and staff safety,and there are some factors that may cause mine ventilation safety accidents.
