摘 要:针对提升机在日常应用中经常出现结构变形,存在严重磨损,甚至结构断裂等问题,基于同家梁矿提升机的主要结构及应用现状,对提升机的主轴结构性能进行了仿真研究,得到了主轴应用时的应力分布情况,找出了薄弱环节,并进行了结构优化,实际应用结果表明,经改进后的提升机主轴应用应力集中现象明显减少,主轴可更加均匀的受力,结构性能更优,有助于更好的保障提升机的安全稳定运行。In view of the problems of structural deformation,serious wear and even structural fracture in daily application of hoists,based on the main structure and application status of Tongjialiang Mine hoists,this paper simulates the structural performance of the main shaft of hoists,obtains the stress distribution of the main shaft during application,finds out the weak links,and optimizes the structure.The practical application results show that the stress concentration phenomenon of the improved hoists’main shaft is obviously reduced,and the main shaft can be stressed more evenly,with better structural performance,which is helpful for further improvement.
