摘　　要：以贵州省空间地理基础信息系统平台建设为例,从系统框架、建设目标、技术路线、关键技术、系统实现等多方面介绍了构建与实施方法。基于“云上贵州”基础平台,该信息系统完成了“聚通用”的迁云任务和“三大基础数据库”要求建设内容,达到了云端一体化应用要求,能够多层次为国土资源云提供基础数据与服务支撑。This article takes the construction of the basic information system platform of spatial geography in Guizhou Province as an example,and introduces the construction and implementation methods from the system framework,construction goals,technical routes,key technology and system implementation.Based on the basic platform of“Guizhou on the Cloud”,the information system has completed the cloud migration task of“Gather General”and the construction content required by the“three basic databases”,meeting the requirements of integrated cloud applications,and which can provide the foundation for the land resource cloud at multiple levels data and service support.
