摘 要:以柚子皮为原料,采用一步水热合成法制备了稳定性好、量子产率高的水溶性氮掺杂碳点(N-CDs)。利用透射电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱对其形貌和结构进行了表征,并通过紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱对其光物理性质进行了详细研究。实验结果表明,该N-CDs传感平台对槲皮素呈现出高灵敏、高选择性猝灭型响应,检出限为60 nM。同时,通过荧光寿命的测定,发现该猝灭机理为静态猝灭。此外,该方法可用于实际样品血清和尿液中槲皮素的检测,表现出良好的准确性和重现性,表明具有实际应用价值。In this work,grapefruit peel was used as raw material,and water-soluble nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs)with good stability and high quantum yield were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method.The morphology and structure were characterized by transmission electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and their photophysical properties were investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra.Experimental results showed that the N-CDs sensor platform exhibited a highly sensitive and selective quenching response to quercetin with a detection limit of 60 nM.At the same time,we found that the quenching mechanism is static quenching by measuring the fluorescence lifetime.In addition,this method can be used for the detection of quercetin in actual samples such as serum and urine,which showed excellent accuracy,reproducibility,and promising practical application value.
