摘 要:阀控式铅酸蓄电池是变电站直流系统中最为可靠的电源,在站用交流失电的情况下,能够及时向保护、测控等直流负荷供电。但阀控式铅酸蓄电池经较长时间运行后,较易出现极板老化的问题,为了研究极板老化缺陷对阀控式铅酸蓄电池组温度分布的影响,基于COSMOL Multiphysics搭建了蓄电池组仿真模型,并且结合极板老化特点改进了老化蓄电池组模型,分析了正常蓄电池组在负荷电流50 A下的温度分布情况。基于蓄电池组的温度分布特点,设置了老化蓄电池的分布情况,研究了老化蓄电池组的温度分布特点,并且对比了正常与老化蓄电池组的最高温度随负荷电流的变化,最终分析了在站用交流失压的极端情况下,老化与正常蓄电池组的温度分布。VRLA battery is the most reliable power supply in DC system of substation.In case of AC power loss,VRLA battery is the supply power to DC load such as protection,measurement and control.However,after a long period of operation,the plate aging would occur in the VRLA battery.In order to study the influence of plate aging on the temperature distribution,the simulation model of VRLA battery was built by COSMOL Multiphysics.Combined with the aging characteristics of the plate,the aging battery group model was improved,and the temperature distribution of the normal battery group under the load current of 50A was analyzed.Based on the characteristics of the temperature distribution of the battery,the distribution of the aging battery was set.The temperature distribution characteristics of the aging battery group was studied,and the tendency of maximum temperature of the normal and aging battery groups with the load current was compared.Finally,the temperature distribution of the aging and normal storage battery groups under the extreme condition of AC voltage loss in the station was analyzed.
