分散剂PAA在核电厂凝结水精处理树脂上的吸附特性研究

摘  要:乙醇胺(Ethanolamine,ETA)与分散剂在核电站二回路中联合使用具有广阔的应用前景,但典型分散剂聚丙烯酸(Polyacrylic acid,PAA)对凝结水精处理树脂的影响有待研究。本文研究了PAA与罗门哈斯树脂的相容性问题,探讨了PAA对树脂的吸附特性及对工作交换容量的影响,并给出了树脂的解吸(再生)方法。实验结果表明,PAA会导致树脂工作交换容量下降,随着PAA浓度的增加,树脂污染加剧,且阴树脂污染比阳树脂严重;吸附过程为吸热过程,Langmuir方程能更准确描述罗门哈斯阴树脂对PAA的吸附过程,25℃时按Langmuir方程得到的最大吸附量为8.8339mg/g,与实验结果相近;PAA在阴树脂上的吸附行为符合拟二级动力学方程,颗粒扩散过程为吸附的控速步骤,平衡吸附量Qe的理论值(9.142mg/g)与实验值(8.548mg/g)基本一致;解吸配方与步骤可以满足阴树脂的再生要求,本文研究结果对核电站二回路PAA的使用有一定的参考与借鉴意义。The alkalizing agent and dispersing are usually used to adjust the water quality of the secondary water-steam loop in nuclear power plant, and there is little study about the compatibility of the condensed polishing resin and the dispersing. In this paper, how the dispersant polyacrylic acid(PAA) affect the Rohm and Haas resin and the adsorption process were investigated, and then resins were recovered. Results show that PAA will foul the resin, the fouling of both cation resin and anion resin was aggravated as the increase of the concentration of the dispersant, and anion resin are more susceptible to the dispersant;thermodynamic results indicated that the adsorption procedure was endothermic procedure;Langmuir equation is more accurately reflect the adsorption of PAA by Rohm and Haas anion resin. The maximum adsorption capacity at 25℃ obtained according to the Langmuir equation is 8.8339 mg/g, which is similar to the experimental results. The adsorption behavior of PAA on the anion resin conforms to the Pseudo-second-order kinetic equation. The particle diffusion process is a speed-controlling step for adsorption. The theoretical value of the Qe is 9.142 mg/g, which is basically consistent with the test value of 8.548 mg/g;the desorption formula and steps can meet the regeneration requirements of the anion resin. The study provides some theoretical guidance for how to add PAA in secondary water-steam loop.
