摘  要:以联苯二胺为起始原料,采用Hofmann法成功制备出一种双官能异腈类化合物(M1),并通过Ni^(2+)催化聚合得到具有交联结构的聚异腈(P1)。以P1修饰的玻碳电极(GCE)作为工作电极对亚硝酸根(NO_(2)^(-))的电化学响应行为进行了分析,其差分脉冲伏安(DPV)电流信号在0.5~200μmol/L浓度范围内与[NO_(2)^(-)]呈线性关系,相应的检测限(LOD)为~0.47μmol/L(3σ/k)。进一步分析表明,P1对NO_(2)^(-)的检测具有特定的选择性和优异的抗干扰性。With benzidine as the starting material,a compound(M1)containing two functional isocyanide groups was successfully prepared via Hofmann method,and a polyisocyanide derivative(P1),which with a crosslinked structure was successfully prepared via Ni^(2+)-catalyzed po-lymerization.Electrochemical detection of nitrite(NO_(2)^(-))was achieved by utilizing P1-modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE)as the working electrode.Differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)current signals displayed linear relationship to[NO_(2)^(-)]within the concentration of 0.5 to 200μmol/L,and the corresponding detection limit reached~0.47μmol/L(3σ/k).Further analysis proves that P1 has specific selectivity and excellent anti-interference for the detection of NO_(2)^(-).
