摘　　要：目的建立能同时检测当归龙荟丸中黄芩苷、龙胆苦苷和盐酸黄柏碱含量的RP-HPLC法。方法采用Waters Spherisorb ODS-C18色谱柱。检测波长:276 nm;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温:32℃;进样量:10μL;流动相:乙腈(A)-2 mL·L^(-1)磷酸(B),梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果3种成分质量浓度分别在3.884~194.200、1.145~57.240、1.898~94.900μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9996);平均回收率分别为101.34%、100.34%、100.12%。结论此方法适用于当归龙荟丸的质量控制,可为国家标准的完善提供参考。Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin,gentiopicrin and phellodendrine chloride in Danggui Longhui Pills.Methods Waters Spherisorb ODS-C18 was used as the columm,and acetonitrile(A)-2 mL·L^(-1) phosphoric acid(B)was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).Diode-array detector(DAD)was selected for quantitative detection and the detection wavelength was 276 nm.The column temperature was 32℃and the injection volume was 10μL.Results The 3 components showed good linear relationships in the concentration ranges of 3.884-194.200,1.145-57.240 and 1.898-94.900μg·mL^(-1)(r>0.9996).The average recoveries were 101.34%,100.34%and 100.12%,respectively.Conclusion The established method is suitable for the quality control of Danggui Longhui Pills.This study provides a reference for the improvement of national standard.
