摘 要:目的总结影响微透析探针回收率的因素和提高脂溶性药物在探针中回收率的方法。方法通过查阅国内外微透析相关文献,对影响微透析探针回收率的因素和提高脂溶性药物回收率的方法进行归纳总结。结果影响微透析探针回收率的因素主要包括探针半透膜长度、灌流液的流速、灌流液的成分和搅拌速度等。提高脂溶性药物回收率的方法主要包括改变灌流液的成分和灌流液的pH值。结论影响微透析探针回收率的因素很多,选择合适的灌流液和合适的灌流液pH值可以提高脂溶性药物在微透析探针中的回收率。Objective To summarize the factors affecting the recovery of microdialysis probes and the methods to improve the recovery of liposoluble drugs in the probes.Methods By consulting domestic and foreign literature related to microdialysis,the factors affecting the recovery of microdialysis probes and the methods to improve the recovery of liposoluble drugs were summarized.Results The main factors affecting the recovery of the microdialysis probe were the length of the probe semipermeable membrane,the flow rate of the perfusate,the composition of the perfusate,and the stirring speed.Methods to improve the recovery of liposoluble drugs mainly include changing the composition of the perfusate and changing the pH of the perfusate.Conclusion There are many factors that affect the recovery of microdialysis probes.Choosing the appropriate perfusate and pH of the perfusate can increase the recovery of liposoluble drugs in the microdialysis probe.
