摘  要:为提高对汽车钣喷车间环境的精准控制,实现汽车维修企业科学管理,改善汽车喷烤漆品质,降低涂料挥发等对钣喷工人身体健康的慢性伤害,本文设计了一套以单片机为控制核心的汽车钣喷车间远程环境品质监控系统;通过检测车间内温度、苯和二甲苯浓度等数值,利用继电器模块实时控制红外烤灯及排风扇的工作状态,确保钣喷车间的最佳工作环境,同时基于WIFI模块可实现手机APP远程调控,从而实现钣喷车间可靠、智能、实时的环境品质检测与控制。In order to improve the accurate control of the environment of the automobile body painting workshop,realize the scientific management of the automobile maintenance enterprise,improve the quality of the automobile spray paint,and reduce the chronic damage to the health of the body painting workers,this paper designs a set of remote environmental quality monitoring system of the automobile body painting workshop with the single chip microcomputer as the control core The relay module is used to control the working state of the infrared baking lamp and the exhaust fan in real time to ensure the best working environment of the sheet metal spraying workshop.At the same time,the WiFi module can realize the remote control of the mobile phone app,so as to realize the reliable,intelligent and real-time environmental quality inspection and control of the sheet metal spraying workshop.
