摘  要:一辆轩逸G11车辆在起步(10km/h以下)时,车身有明显的窜动现象,通过检测与诊断,发现故障的原因是初级带轮在高速比时安装油路板是无法将换挡控制阀控制杠杆与初级带轮连接的,造成带轮一直卡在高速比,所以车辆在起步时无力,而上速后正常。转动车轮将带轮调节到最低速比位置后,重新安装油路板试车,起步有力也无窜动,一切正常。When a Xuanyi G11 vehicle starts(less than 10km/h),the body has obvious movement phenomenon.Through the detection and diagnosis,it is found that the reason for the failure is that the oil road board installed in the high speed ratio of the primary pulley can not connect the control lever of the shift control valve with the primary pulley,and the pulley is stuck in the high speed ratio all the time,so the vehicle is unable to start and normal after the upper speed.After turning the wheel to adjust the belt wheel to the lowest speed ratio position,refit the oil road plate for test run,and start vigorously without any movement,and all things are normal.
