摘 要:为探讨不同载畜率下短花针茅(Stipa breviflora)种群的时空变异性特征及差异,本研究于2020年7—9月以荒漠草原建群物种短花针茅为研究对象,分析了对照(无牧)、轻度放牧、中度放牧和重度放牧等不同载畜率下的短花针茅出现频率、种群多度、相对多度及其时空变异性,并运用地质统计学软件进行平面空间分布模拟。结果表明:随着载畜率增大,短花针茅种群多度增加(P<0.05),但群落总多度随载畜率增大而呈现出先增加后降低的趋势;在9月时,与对照相比,放牧造成短花针茅种群变异性显著降低(P<0.05),但不同月份间短花针茅种群变异性无显著差异;通过对7月与9月的短花针茅种群空间分布进行平面模拟发现,在9月时,与对照相比,放牧造成短花针茅种群分布相对均匀,使得其种群变异性降低。综上,在长期放牧过程中,短花针茅种群趋向于均匀分布。We conducted a grazing experiment to test the characteristics and differences of spatio-temporal variability of constructive species Stipa breviflora under different stocking rates in the desert steppe.Taking the constructive species S.breviflora as the research objects from July to September 2020,the occurrence frequency,population abundance,relative abundance and spatio-temporal variability of S.breviflora under different stocking rates of control,light grazing,moderate grazing and heavy grazing were analyzed and the spatial distribution simulation of S.breviflora under different stocking rates was carried out by geostatistics.We found that the population abundance of S.breviflora increased with the increase of stocking rate(P<0.05).However,with the increase of stocking rate,the total community abundance first increased and then decreased.Moreover,compared with the control,grazing decreased the population variability of S.breviflora in September(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the population variability of S.breviflora among months.Finally,the spatial distribution of S.breviflora in July and September was simulated and we found that,compared with the control,the population distribution of S.breviflora was relatively uniform and the population variability decreased after grazing in September.In the long-term grazing process,S.breviflora population tended to be evenly distributed.
