摘 要:综述了纤维素基Pickering乳液的研究进展,对其稳定机理以及影响因素进行概括总结。聚焦于纳米尺度下,按不同类型纤维素构成的Pickering乳液也进行了分类和比较。其中,两亲性使纳米纤维素能很好地作为乳液乳化剂,纳米纤维素基Pickering乳液能更容易实现高内相;纤维素纳米晶是一种刚性的棒状纳米粒子,其对界面稳定有着积极的作用,纤维素纳米晶基Pickering乳液会有着更好的抗聚结性能;细菌纳米纤维素不含木质素和半纤维素,其保水能力和结晶度较高,细菌纳米纤维素基Pickering乳液有着更好的热稳定性。同时还介绍了纤维素基Pickering在众多领域中的应用,最后,对如何高效地将各类纤维素应用于乳液提出建议和思路。The research progress of cellulose-based Pickering emulsion is reviewed,and its stabilization mechanism and influencing factors are summarized.Focusing on the nanoscale,Pickering emulsions composed of different types of cellulose have also been classified and compared.The amphiphilic properties make the nanocellulose a good emulsion emulsifier,which means it can achieve the high internal phase more easily.Cellulose nanocrystalline is a kind of rigid rod-like nanoparticles,which has a positive effect on interface stability.Therefore,cellulose nanocrystalline-based Pickering emulsions will have better anti-coalescence performance.Bacterial nanocellulose contains no lignin or hemicellulose,and its water retention ability and crystallinity are relatively high.Compared with other cellulose based Pickering emulsion,bacterial nanocellulose emulsion has better thermal stability.At the same time,the application of cellulose-based Pickering in many fields is also introduced.Finally,suggestions and ideas on how to efficiently apply various types of cellulose to emulsions are provided.
