摘  要:电缆绝缘材料的热变形性能较差常导致其绝缘层或护套层破坏失效,而严重影响电缆的使用寿命和使用安全。为了推动我国电缆绝缘材料热变形性能测试标准的制定及其相关研究,对国内外热变形检验方法主要标准的概况、试验原理和差异性进行了详尽的分析,指出国际标准IEC 60811-508:2017是目前较完善且适合我国标准体系的热变形性能测试方法标准,建议及时转化制定。The poor thermal deformation performance of cable insulation materials often leads to the failure of insulation layer or sheath layer,which seriously affects the service life and safety of cables.In order to promote the development of thermal deformation performance test standards for cable insulation materials in China and related research,the general situation,test principles and differences of main standards for thermal deformation test methods in the domestic and foreign are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the international standard IEC 60811-508:2017 is a relatively perfect and suitable thermal deformation performance test method standard for cable insulation materials in China,and it is recommended to transform and formulate it in time.
