摘 要:为了提高我国通信线缆生产企业对关键制造设备工艺适应能力重要性的认识,从通信线缆制造中设备与制造工艺的相互结合性、相互推动性、相互匹配性方面,附实例综合论述了通信线缆设备与制造工艺的密切相关性。在通信线缆设计制造过程中应对产品工艺设计与设备工艺能力统筹考虑,协调一致,将工艺控制参数转化为设备控制参数,通过优良的设备功能配置扩大产品制造中工艺窗口,使得生产能力与生产质量持续改进与提升,确保线缆产品性能的不断提升,提高线缆产品的竞争能力。In order to improve the understanding of the importance of process adaptability of key manufacturing equipment for communication cable manufacturers in China,the close correlation between communication cable equipment and manufacturing process is comprehensively discussed from the aspects of mutual combination,mutual promotion and mutual matching of equipment and manufacturing process in communication cable manufacturing with examples.In the process of communication cable design and manufacturing,product process design and equipment process capability should be considered and coordinated,process control parameters should be transformed into equipment control parameters,and the process window in product manufacturing should be expanded through excellent equipment function configuration.The purpose is to make continuous improvement and promotion of production capacity and quality,ensure the continuous improvement of cable product performance,and improve the competitiveness of cable products.
