摘  要:草酰胺是一种优质的缓释肥料,但因其生产成本较高,难以推广应用。借鉴传统小氮肥企业采用的合成氨-碳酸氢铵联合生产工艺,提出一种制备草酰胺的思路,即一氧化碳和氨水在一定压力和温度下,以浓硫酸为催化剂反应制取甲酸铵,再经双聚、脱氢、脱水等过程得到草酰胺。采用此工艺生产草酰胺,有望大幅降低生产成本。Oxamide is an excellent slow-release fertilizer yet due to its high production cost, it has not been popularized and widely applied. The preparation of oxamide draws lessons from the synthetic ammonia-ammonium bicarbonate combined production process of traditional small nitrogen fertilizer manufacturers. First, carbon monoxide and ammonia are reacted to produce ammonium formate under certain pressure and temperature with concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. Then, by dimerization, dehydrogenation and dehydration, the oxamide product is obtained. Using this process, the production cost of oxamide may greatly reduced.
