摘  要:针对我国农田土壤理化性能变差及土传病害传播日趋严重等情况,以复合微生物菌剂、聚谷氨酸、黄腐酸钾、腐殖酸和无机肥等为原料,利用高塔复合肥生产装置生产出具有防控土传病害功能的生物有机无机复合肥。介绍了生物有机无机复合肥的配方及生产流程,并对复合微生物菌剂与有机无机复合肥不同处理方式对活性菌存活率的影响进行了试验。结果表明,复合微生物菌剂与有机无机复合肥一体化包膜处理,不仅能提高活性菌的存活率,还能提高化学肥料的利用率,减轻了环境污染。In connection with the deterioration of the physical and chemical properties of farmland soil and the increasingly serious spread of soil-borne diseases in China, the bio-organic-inorganic compound fertilizer with the function of preventing and controlling soil-borne diseases is produced using composite microbial agent such as polyglutamic acid, potassium fulvic acid, humic acid and inorganic fertilizers as raw material, and nigh tower for compound fertilizer production is also utilized during the production. The formula and production process of bio-organic-inorganic compound fertilizer are introduced and the effects of different treatment methods of compound microbial agents and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer on the survival rate of active agent are tested. The results show that the integrated coating treatment of compound microbial agents and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer can not only increase the survival rate of active agent, but also increase the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer and reduce environmental pollution.
