冷压型煤替代入高炉焦炭的试验研究

摘　　要：以肥煤、无烟煤为原料,有机高分子化合物为粘结剂制备低温固化型煤,考察了粘结剂添加量对肥煤、无烟煤和肥煤+无烟煤型煤的冷压强度、反应性(CRI)及反应后强度(CSR)影响,同时分析了在180~900℃过程中型煤抗压强度及灰分的变化.结果表明:粘结剂含量增加能明显提高型煤的冷压强度和CSR,当粘结剂含量大于13%时三种型煤的冷压强度均高于1800 N,满足了储运及入炉要求,反应后强度均超过55%达到一级焦的CSR标准;肥煤型煤的CRI大于36%、无烟煤型煤CRI低于30%、肥煤+无烟煤型煤的CRI为30~32%,均符合二级焦的CRI要求;肥煤型煤在500℃附近软化熔融,不能加入高炉使用;粘结剂占比大于14.5%时,肥煤+无烟煤型煤的抗压强度和CSR高于无烟煤型煤,综合性能最好;三种型煤的挥发份高达10~30%,灰份始终低于12%,达到一级焦的灰份标准;无烟煤型煤的硫份低于0.6%,肥煤型煤和肥煤+无烟煤型煤的硫份在0.6~0.8%之间,满足了二级焦炭的硫分标准.Low temperature solidified briquette was prepared with fat coal and anthracite as raw materials and organic polymer as a binder.The effects of binder content on cold compressive strength,reactivity(CRI)and post reaction strength(CSR)of briquette were investigated.The changes of compressive strength and ash content of briquette during 180-900℃were analyzed.The results show that:the increase of binder content can significantly improve the cold compressive strength and CSR of briquettes.When the binder content is more than 13%,the cold compressive strength of three briquettes is higher than 1800n,which meets the requirements of storage,transportation and charging.The strength after reaction is more than 55%,which meets the CSR standard of grade I coke;the CRI of fat coal briquette is more than 36%,the CRI of anthracite briquette is lower than 30%,and the CRI of fat coal+anthracite briquette is 30-32%The results show that the briquette of fat coal softens and melts at 500℃and cannot be used in blast furnace;when the binder proportion is more than 14.5%,the compressive strength and CSR of fat coal+anthracite briquette are higher than that of anthracite briquette,and the comprehensive performance is the best;the volatile matter of three briquettes is as high as 10-30%,and the ash content is always lower than 12%,which meets the ash standard of grade I coke;the sulfur content of anthracite briquette is lower than 0.6%,and the comprehensive performance is the best The sulfur content of coal briquette and fat coal+anthracite briquette ranged from 0.6%to 0.8%,which met the sulfur standard of secondary coke.
