摘　　要：THIS July marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),whose first national congress back in 1921 heralded the social revolution that would liberate the Chinese people from feudal,imperialist,and bureaucrat capitalism oppression.Under the leadership of the CPC,the People’s Republic of China was founded in 1949.Seventy or more years later,with the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China has reached a medium-high ranking on the human development index,and greatly improved the living conditions of its 1.4 billion people,among other achievements.
