弹力线痔疮套扎器内外痔双套完整保留肛垫术治疗混合痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察弹力线痔疮套扎器内外痔双套完整保留肛垫术治疗混合痔的疗效,将120例混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察组患者采用弹力线痔疮套扎器内外痔双套完整保留肛垫术治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效及肛门疼痛情况。结果显示,观察组患者总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的83.4%(P <0.05);观察组患者术后第1天、术后第1次排便疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,弹力线痔疮套扎器内外痔双套完整保留肛垫术治疗混合痔可明显减轻患者的疼痛,疗效显著。This study was to observe the effect of thread-elastic ligator for double ligature of inner-and extra-hemorrhoids and intactly conversed-anal cushion procedure,randomly divided 120 mixed hemorrhoids patients into control group(60 cases,received external dissection &internal ligature)and observation group(60 cases,with above-mentioned procedure to replace external dissection &internal ligature);then,compared both groups’ clinical effect and patients’ pain of anus.As results,in total effective rate,as well as in the score ratings on pain on the 1 st day,and when first defecation after surgery observation group was respectively and significantly higher(95.00% vs 83.4%),as well as lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that the procedure applied in observation groups’ patients in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids can significantly relieve patients’ pain,and has distinc effect.
