利拉鲁肽注射剂联合切开挂线法一次性治疗糖尿病合并肛周脓肿37例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察利拉鲁肽注射剂联合切开挂线法一次性治疗糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者的疗效,将74例糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组患者采用利拉鲁肽注射剂联合常规切开引流法治疗,观察组患者采用利拉鲁肽注射剂联合切开挂线法一次性治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后血糖水平变化情况、总有效率以及术后恢复情况。结果显示,手术前,2组患者血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,2组患者的血糖水平明显高于手术前(P <0.05),2组患者手术后血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者创面渗液时间和创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,对糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者采用利拉鲁肽注射剂联合切开挂线法一次性治疗具有良好的治疗效果,患者术后恢复较快,具有较高的推广价值。This study was to observe the effect of liraglutide injection combined with incision &threaddrawing in disposable treatment of diabetes mellitus(DM)associated with perianal abscess,randomly divided 74 cases of this diseases into control group(37 cases,received therapy of liraglutide injection plus incision &drainage)and observation group(37 cases,liraglutide injection combined with incision &threaddrawing);then,compared both groups’ patients’ the level change of blood glucose(BG)between before and after treatment,total effective rate,and patietns’ recovery status after surgery.As results,after surgery both groups’ BG levels were significantly higher than that before surgery when the difference of both groups’ BG levels having no statistical significance(P >0.05),in total effective rate,and in the time for wound-surface exudation and healing,observation group was respectively and significantly higher,and shorter than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that for the patients with DM associated with perianal abscess adopting disposable treatment with liraglutide plus incision &therad-drawing has good effect,and patients’ postoperative rehabilitation is fast,thus it has higher popularized value.
