笑气吸入麻醉在混合痔术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：为观察笑气吸入麻醉配合利多卡因肛旁注射在混合痔外剥内扎术中的镇痛效果,将90例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组患者采用笑气吸入麻醉配合利多卡因肛旁注射麻醉,对照组患者单纯采用利多卡因肛旁注射麻醉,比较2组患者麻醉效果。结果显示,观察组患者镇痛总有效率为95.6%,高于对照组的75.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,笑气吸入麻醉配合利多卡因肛旁注射在混合痔术中镇痛效果好,肛周肌肉松弛情况良好。该方法简单方便,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。This study was to observe the analgestic efficacy of N2O inhalation anesthesia assested by injecting lidocaine closely to anus in external dissection &internal ligature for mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 90 mixed hemorrhoids patients into observation group(45 cases,N2O imhalation anesthesia assested by injecting lidocaine closely to anus)and control group(45 cases,alone injecting lidocaine closely to anus);then,compared both groups’ anesthesia efficacy.As results,the analygestic efficacy(i.e total effective rate)of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(95.6% vs 75.6%,P <0.05).Results show that(N2O+lidocaine)anesthesia has more better analgestic efficacy,and better relaxation rusults of muscles closed to anus;And this method is simple,safe,and effective.
