摘  要:结合实际工程项目,基于COMSOL Multiphysics软件对间接制冷系统的热回收水箱进行了数值模拟仿真和试验测试,分析了热回收水箱的换热性能。对比分析试验结果与模拟结果,得出了模拟值与测量值最大温差为4 K,温差范围在1.3%内,试验结果验证了模型的可靠性,该模型具有一定的参考价值。根据试验结果和数值模拟结果对换热水箱进行了优化设计,提高了热回收水箱中温度分布的均匀性。Combined with actual engineering projects, the heat recovery water tank of the indirect refrigeration system was numerically simulated by the COMSOL Multiphysics software and experimentally tested, and analyzed the heat exchange performance of the heat recovery water tank By comparing and analyzing the experimental and simulation results. We know the maximum temperature difference between the simulated value and the measured value is 4 K,and the temperature difference range is within 1.3%. The experimental results verify the reliability of the model, which has certain reference value.According to the experimental results and numerical simulation results, the heat exchange water tank is optimized to improve the uniformity of the temperature in the heat recovery water tank.
