摘  要:采用阴离子溶液聚合工艺,以环己烷为溶剂,四氢呋喃和四氢糠醇乙醚为结构调节剂,正丁基锂为引发剂,在5L间歇聚合装置上,考察了M_(n)、结合苯乙烯含量、苯乙烯序列分布和支化率对丁苯嵌段共聚物的门尼黏度和5%(w)苯乙烯溶液黏度的影响规律。研究了四氢呋喃和四氢糠醇乙醚用量与丁苯共聚物苯乙烯序列分布的关联关系,实现了丁苯嵌段共聚物结构和性能的精准控制,制备出了高光泽连续本体丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)改性用丁苯嵌段共聚物。开展了丁苯嵌段共聚物性能评价实验,采用丁苯嵌段共聚物模试试样,替代进口丁苯嵌段共聚物用于制备高光泽ABS树脂。实验结果表明,替代后ABS树脂的抗冲强度提高30%,光泽度(60°)提高3%。The influences of average molecular weight,styrene content,styrene sequence distribution and branched ratio on the viscosity of styrene solution 5%(w)and Mooney viscosity of butadiene-styrene block copolymer were investigated in the 5 L batch reactor using cyclohexane as solvent,tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol ether as structural modifiers and n-butyl lithium as initiator.The correlations between the amount of tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol ether and styrene sequence distribution of butadiene-styrene copolymer were studied.The structure and properties of butadiene-styrene block copolymer were accurately controlled and the butadiene-styrene block copolymer for high gloss acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)was successfully prepared.The performance evaluation experiment of butadiene-styrene block copolymer was carried out.The high gloss ABS resin was prepared with as-synthesized butadiene-styrene block copolymer instead of butadiene-styrene block copolymer imported.The impact resistence and gloss(60°)of ABS resin increased by 30%and 3%respectively,compared with the production prepared by imported butadiene-styrene block copolymer.
