摘 要:采用低温热水解+A/AD消化技术对某石化企业炼油生化污泥进行处理,考察了热水解温度和热水解时间对低温热水解处理炼油生化污泥的影响,研究了A/AD消化时间对炼油生化污泥有机质百分比的影响。实验结果表明,利用低温热水解能对炼油生化污泥中的胶原团进行有效破坏,可显著提高炼油生化污泥的A/AD消化后续处理效果。适宜的低温热水解处理时间为5h、温度为90℃,A/AD消化时间为8~10d,在此条件下,污泥质量浓度由20.6g/L降低至17.6g/L,污泥减量率为14.6%。Thermal hydrolysis at low temperature+A/AD technology was used to treat the refinery biochemical sludge.The effects of temperature and time on the treatment of refinery biochemical sludge were investigated by low temperature thermal hydrolysis,and the effects of A/AD digestion time on removal rate of organic matter percentage in refinery biochemical sludge is studied.The results show that thermal hydrolysis at low temperature can effectively destroy the collagen groups in the refinery biochemical sludge,and significantly improve the A/AD treatment effect of the refinery biochemical sludge.The optimal treatment time was 5h,the treatment temperature was 90℃,and the A/AD digestion time was 8-10 d.Under these conditions,The sludge concentration decreased from 20.6 g/L to 17.6 g/L,and the sludge reduction rate was 14.6%。
