摘  要:在45kt/a Unipol装置上分别对BCS02和BSG催化剂进行了试用,考察了催化剂的运行状况,并利用SEM、粒径分析等方法对两种催化剂生产的粉料进行了对比。试用结果表明,在相同运行条件下,两种催化剂在装置中的运行参数差距明显,采用BSG催化剂生产的粉料堆密度提升12.5%,下料效率提升超过20%。表征结果显示,相比BCS02催化剂,BSG催化剂生产的粉料中大粒子和细粉的含量较低,粒径分布更集中,球形粒子占比更高,粉料球形度更好,从而使粉料具有更好的流动性,使流化床可以在更高的生产负荷下稳定运行。Pilot of BCS02 catalyst and BSG catalyst were carried out on the 45 kt/a Unipol plant,and the operation conditions of the catalysts were investigated.Two kinds of powders produced by two catalysts were compared and analyzed by the SEM and particle size analyzer.It was found that the operating parameters of those two catalysts showed significant differences under the same operating condition.The bulk density of powder produced by BSG catalyst increased by 12.5%,and the blanking efficiency increased by over 20%.The results also showed that the powder produced by BSG catalyst consisted of elatively lower content of large particles and fine powder,which lead to more concentrated particle size distribution.And compared with powder of BCS02,the powder produced by BSG catalyst had a higher proportion of spherical particles and better sphericity.As a result,better powder fluidity could be achieved by BSG catalyst,and then the running of fluidized bed can keep stable under much higher production.
