摘  要:在PACROS架构上,针对气相流化床聚丙烯装置先进控制系统设计了国产APC控制器,并将其在某石化企业Unipol聚丙烯装置上投用运行,考察了产品质量的控制情况,装置的平稳性及牌号切换功能等。运行结果表明,国产APC控制器投用后,装置平稳率提高5%,被控变量平稳率平均提高40.56%,聚丙烯单耗降至1.00195t/t,比未投用APC控制器的装置单耗低;在丙烯充足时,装置的时空产率可提高1.5%以上。投用APC控制器后,产品的熔体流动指数和二甲苯可溶物含量计算精确高,满足在线闭环控制的要求,主要工艺指标计算结果准确可靠,满足指导生产操作的要求;可实现产品牌号自动切换,缩短产品牌号切换时间27%。Based on PACROS architecture,domestic APC controller was designed for the advanced control system of gas phase fluidized bed polypropylene(PP)plant and put into operation in Unipol PP plant of a petrochemical enterprise.The control of product quality,stability of the plant and function of brand switching were mainly investigated.The operation results show that after the domestic APC controller was put into use,the stability rate of the plant and controlled variables were increased by 5%and 40.56%respectively.Besides,the unit consumption of PP was decreased to 1.00195 t/t,which was lower than that of the plant without APC controller.With sufficient propylene,the space-time yield of the plant could be increased by more than 1.5%.After using APC controller,the calculation results of melt flow index and xylene soluble content of the product were accurate,which met the requirements of on-line closed-loop control.Meanwhile,the calculation results of main process indexes were accurate and reliable,which met the requirements of guiding production operation.Furthermore,the automatic brand switching could be realized,and the switching time could be shortened by 27%.
