摘  要:双母线接线方式下,支路开关的运行方式灵活,支路开关的测量、计量、保护及自动装置等所需的母线TV二次电压需随着母线侧刀闸运行方式的变化而进行切换,以保证母线TV二次电压能正确反应支路开关的运行方式。通过对一起双母线接线方式下因线路开关母线电压回路正常切换进行倒闸操作时引起的220 kV变电站全站失压典型事故的分析,提出电压切换回路的改进设计方案,从根本上杜绝TV反充电事故及次生故障的发生。Under the double bus connection mode,the operation mode of the branch switch is flexible.The bus TV secondary voltage required by the measurement,measurement,protection and automatic device of the branch switch must also be switched with the change of the bus side breaker operation mode to ensure that the bus TV secondary voltage required by the measurement,measurement,protection and automatic device of the branch switch can correctly reflect the operation mode of the branch switch.Based on the analysis of a typical voltage loss accident of 220 kV substation caused by the correct switching of the bus voltage circuit of the line switch under the double bus connection mode and the switching operation,this paper puts forward an improved design scheme of the voltage switching circuit,which fundamentally prevents the occurrence of TV reverse charging accident and its secondary faults.
