摘  要:变压器空载损耗试验和负载损耗试验能有效发现变压器中的磁路缺陷、电路缺陷以及局部发热缺陷,但受到现场试验条件和试验设备制造水平的限制,以往大型变压器空载试验和负载试验仅限于出厂试验时进行。通过研制以IGBT技术为主的大型变压器空载和负载现场试验成套电源装置,采用碳化硅及硅基IGBT多芯片串联结构组成的高压大容量电源有效补偿试验中的变压器感性电流,解决了试验电源容量不足的问题,实现了变压器空载损耗试验和负载损耗试验的现场测试。The transformer no-load loss test and load loss test can effectively find the magnetic circuit defects,circuit defects and local heating defects in the transformer.However,due to the limitations of the field test conditions and the manufacturing level of the test equipment,the no-load test and load test of large transformers in the past were only carried out during the factory test,which is mainly composed of IGBT technology was developed in this paper,through a large transformer no-load and load field test complete sets of power plant,using silicon carbide and silicon IGBT chip serial structure consisting of high voltage and large capacity power supply more effective compensation test of inductive current in the transformer,solve the problem of insufficient power supply capacity,the test for transformer no-load loss test and load loss test on site testing.
