摘　　要：针对短波气象传真机在维修和调试过程中受制于气象传真的发送时间和接收区域环境,设计了一种基于声卡的气象传真音频发生器,可以将PC机加载的任意图像转换为气象传真机能够识别的音频信号。可以模拟气象传真信号,加载到短波低功率电台,或者直接加载到气象传真机音频处理单元。对比输出效果发现,其能够不依赖外部气象传真信号,不受接收时间和接收环境的限制,在实际维修和调试过程中具有很好的使用价值。In the process of maintenance and debugging of short wave meteorological fax,it is restricted by the sending time and receiving area environment of meteorological fax.A signal generator is designed,which uses PC to load any image,convert it into meteorological fax,recognize audio signal,and output it through sound card.It can simulate the meteorological fax signal,load it into the shortwave low power radio,or directly load it into the audio processing unit of the meteorological fax machine to compare the output effect.It can not rely on the external meteorological fax signal,and is not limited by the receiving time and receiving environment.It has good use value in the actual maintenance and debugging process.
