摘 要:针对轴支架双桨船型,使用CFD软件NUMECA\FineMarine计算了不同尺度下的侧推孔、轴包套、轴支架的阻力增量,并分析了带轴支架船体的附体阻力、波形和伴流的尺度效应。结果表明:基于CFD的方法,通过改变模型长度研究轴支架双桨船附体的尺度效应是可行的;由于附体区域的局部雷诺数远小于船体雷诺数,当船体雷诺数>108之后,3个附体的阻力增量才基本稳定;为了减小尺度效应影响,轴支架双桨船模型试验的雷诺数应尽可能大些。The twin-screw ship with shaft brackets has been calculated by using the CFD software NUMECA\FineMarine,the resistance increments of the bow thrust tunnel,shaft bossing and shaft brackets at the different scales are calculated,the scale effect of the appendage resistance,wave pattern and the wake of the hull with shaft-brackets are analyzed.The results show that it is feasible to study the scale effect of the twin-screw ship with shaft-brackets by changing the length of the model based on CFD methods.Since the local Reynolds number of the appendage region is much smaller than the hull Reynolds number,the resistance increments of the three appendages become stable when the hull Reynolds number is larger than 108.The Reynolds number for the model test of the twin-screw ship with shaft-brackets should be as large as possible in order to reduce the infl uence of the scale effect.
