摘 要:某船舶研究所的部门绩效管理模式是多年前建立,部门绩效管理工作存在着较大的改进空间,需要不断优化。文中通过文献研究、文本分析和访谈调研等方法对该船舶研究所的部门绩效管理进行了研究。首先通过文献研究和研究所现状分析,确立论文研究的理论和现实基础;然后针对绩效管理中的3个核心模块(包括部门绩效指标体系设计、部门绩效管理过程设计和绩效结果应用)进行体系设计;最后,在科学的理论指导和成功经验借鉴的基础上,分别对部门绩效指标体系、绩效管理过程和绩效结果应用给出了优化建议。The department performance management model of a ship research institute was established many years ago.There is much room for the improvement in the departmental performance management,which needs to be optimized continuously.The thesis researches the department performance management of the ship research institute through literature research,text analysis,interview research and other methods.Firstly,through the literature research and analysis of the status quo of the research institute,establish the theoretical and realistic basis of the thesis research,and then design the system for the three core modules of the performance management,including the design of the department performance index system,the design of the department performance management process,and the application of the performance results.On the basis of the scientific theoretical guidance and successful experience.In this paper the department performance index system,performance management process and performance results application are optimizd.
