摘 要:为明确若虫密度对叉角厉蝽Eocanthecona furcellata(Wolff.)种群增长的影响,探究其室内最佳饲养密度。在温度(26±1)℃、光周期(L16∶D8)、湿度(70±5)%条件下,研究了叉角厉蝽在不同若虫饲养密度下的发育历期、若虫存活率和成虫获得率、畸形率、雌雄性比。结果表明,饲养密度对叉角厉蝽的发育历期、若虫存活率、成虫获得率以及成虫畸形率均有显著性影响,但与成虫性别分化无明显关联。随着密度的增加,叉角厉蝽整个若虫发育历期呈缩短趋势,在20头/盒下最短,为19.56 d;若虫存活率和成虫获得率随密度增加而逐渐降低,5头/盒最高,为85.71%;成虫畸形率随密度增加而显著升高,25头/盒饲养下畸形率最高,为13.70%。据此,若虫密度是影响叉角厉蝽生长发育的重要因素之一,预测其规模饲养密度以7307~10961头/m 3为宜,一定范围内较高密度饲养叉角厉蝽有助于缩短种群发育历期,研究结果对叉角厉蝽规模化饲养具有一定参考价值。With a review to clarifying the effect of nymph density on the population growth of Eocanthecona furcellata(Wolff.),and the best indoor breeding density was explored,The nymph duration,nymph survival rate,adult acquisition rate,deformity rate,sex ratio of E.furcellata(Wolff.)by rearing in different nymph densities were studied under laboratory conditions(26±1℃,photoperiod 16L∶8D,RH 70%±5%).The results showed that rearing density had a significant effect on the duration,survival rate of nymphs,adult acquisition rate,and the rate of adult malformation,but no significant correlation with adult sex differentiation.With the increasing nymph density,the nymph duration of the E.furcellata generally showed a decreasing trend,the minimum duration of which was 19.56 d at a density of 20 heads/box.The survival rate and adult acquisition rate of nymphs gradually reduced with the increase of density,the maximum were 85.71%at a density of 5 heads/box.The deformity rate of adult increased obviously,with 13.70%at a rearing density of 25 heads/box.Therefore,the density of nymphs is one of the major factors influencing the growth and development of E.furcellata.It is predicted that the optimal breeding density is 7301~10961 heads/m 3,and a higher density of breeding E.furcellata within a certain scope helps shorten the nymph duration.These results can provide important information for large-scale breeding E.furcellata in the future.
