摘　　要：某房屋一间会议室因使用功能发生改变,需要将房间中的一根柱子抽去。针对此类结构改造,首先要进行主体结构的安全性鉴定,并根据鉴定结果以及业主需求进行结构加固设计,而后由施工方按加固设计图纸进行施工,最后进行施工质量检测及荷载试验。该文介绍了某房屋抽柱改造过程,可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴。Since the function of a meeting room in a certain house has been changed,a pillar in the room needs to be removed.For such structural renovation,the safety of the main structure should be firstly assessed,then the reinforcement design is conducted according to the appraisal results and the owner’s requirements,afterwards the construction party operates according to the reinforcement design drawing,and finally the construction quality detection and load test are to be carried out.This paper introduced the pillar-removing process in a house,which provides reference for similar engineering practice.
