碱当量对减水剂在NaOH-矿渣水泥体系中吸附性能的影响研究

摘  要:该文分别采用紫外-可见分光光度计和ZETA电位分析仪、测试仪,从减水剂在矿渣颗粒表面的吸附量和动电电位两方面研究了碱当量对减水剂在Na OH-矿渣水泥体系中吸附性能的影响。研究结果表明,在Na OH-矿渣水泥体系中,分别加入木钙系(CL)、萘系(FDN)和氨基磺酸盐系(AS)减水剂,各减水剂在矿渣颗粒表面的吸附量随碱当量的增大而减小,动电电位绝对值随碱当量的增大而增大,这与碱组分水解、电离后参与到体系的水化反应进程有关。With the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,the ZETA potential analyzer,and the tester,this paper studied the effect of alkali equivalent on the absorption performance of water-reducing agents in the Na OH-slag cement system from the two aspects:the absorption volume of the water-reducing agents on the surface of the slag particles and the electrokinetic potential.The research results indicated that with the adding of CL,FDN and AS agents into the Na OH-slag cement system the absorption capacity of these agents on the surface of the slag particles declines while the electrokinetic potential rises with the increase of alkali equivalent,which may be related to the hydrolysis and ionization of the alkaline components participating in the hydration reaction process of the system.
