摘　　要：对《岩土工程学报》所刊李广信先生"论土骨架与渗透力"一文之土骨架以外部分进行了评论,认为:该文关于渗透力概念的认识和渗透力的研究思路是错误的,所举的与土无关的例子对于理解渗透力概念是没有帮助的,渗透力这个概念远没有李先生理解的那么重要,土单元所受渗透力和浮力就是土单元周边孔隙水压力的一对组合力。This paper commented on the parts other than the soil framework in the paper Discussion on On Soil Framework and Permeability by Mr.Li Guangxin,published in the Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering,believing that the understanding of the concept of permeability and the research thinking of permeability in this paper are wrong,that the cases having nothing to do with soil cannot help understand the concept of permeability,that the concept of permeability is far less important than Mr.Li regards,and that the permeability and buoyancy a soil element bears are a pair of combined forces of the pore water pressure around the soil element.
