摘　　要：竞争情报工作与安全风险预警工作类似,但现有的竞争情报工作无法全面满足图书馆安全风险预警管理的要求,需在信息处理、组织架构、技术支撑及制度建设等诸多方面进行改善。本文基于竞争情报管理要素的角度,在对既有竞争情报管理模式进行评析的基础上,提出圆锥体式的管理模式框架,以期提高图书馆安全风险预警管理的及时性、科学性和规范性,实现图书馆的可持续安全风险防范。The work of competitive intelligence is similar to the work of crisis early warning,but the existing work of competitive intelligence can not fully meet the requirements of library security crisis early warning management.It needs to be improved in many aspects such as information processing,organization structure,technical support and system construction.Based on the elements of competitive intelligence management,this paper evaluates the existing competitive intelligence management model and puts forward a cone-shaped management model framework,in order to improve the timeliness,scientificity and standardization of library security crisis early-warning management,and to realize the sustainable development of library.
