摘　　要：论文通过对南京图书馆信用服务模式“陶风网借”项目的分析,探讨了利用技术手段,创新图书馆线上线下有效的闭环对接服务模式,为经费、空间、资源薄弱的图书馆开展精准图书惠民服务提供参考。By analyzing the project of“Taofeng online borrowing”as the credit service mode of Nanjing Library,this paper makes exploration on the innovation of the online and offline effective closed-loop docking service mode of the library by taking advantage of technical means,which provides reference for the library with little funds,space and resources to develop beneficial service of books to people.
