摘　　要：在新数字技术下,启动开展口述历史项目成为图书馆资源建设新业务。通过考察国外大学图书馆启动开展的口述历史项目,旨在为我国大学图书馆口述历史资源建设提供思路。本文基于综述和国际口述历史协会成员里的国外大学图书馆口述历史项目实践,调研考察启动口述历史项目的措施。国外大学图书馆立足本校教学研究和本地文化确定主题并启动口述历史项目,设置口述历史类专岗,积极寻求合作伙伴和启动经费,并开发和推荐数字化设备。Under the digital technology environment,the launch of oral history projects has become a new business of library resource construction.By investigating the oral history project launched by foreign university libraries,it aims to provide ideas for the construction of oral history resources in university libraries in my country.Based on the review and the practice of oral history projects in foreign university libraries found in members of the International Oral History Association,this article investigates the measures to initiate oral history projects.Foreign university libraries start oral history projects based on their own teaching research and local culture,set up oral history special posts,actively seek partners and start-up funds,and develop and recommend digital equipment.
