摘　　要：针对现在空气过滤器硬纸框在一些厂家还处于人工涂胶的现状,设计一套用于硬纸框自动涂胶设备,以提高涂胶效率和涂胶精度。通过了解客户对自动涂胶的要求,设计出一套硬纸框上表面进行自动涂胶的设备。自动涂胶设备主要由传送设备和涂胶设备组成。Aiming at the current situation that the hard paper frame of the air filter is still in manual gluing in some manufacturers,a set of automatic gluing equipment for the hard paper frame is designed to improve the efficiency and precision of gluing.By understanding the customer’s requirements for automatic gluing,we designed a set of equipment for automatic gluing on the upper surface of the cardboard frame.Automatic gluing equipment is mainly composed of conveying equipment and gluing equipment.
